The Company is a licensee of the Fixitup, Fixitup officer brand and Platform and is responsible for operating and managing the Platform under the license. This Privacy Policy outlines the policies and procedures governing the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information when you use the Platform. In this Privacy Policy, "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to either the Company, Radiance Fixitup, or both, as context dictates. You have the option to opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, although you cannot opt out of receiving administrative messages, customer service responses, or other transactional communications. 3.Sharing of Information:

a) Third-Party Service Providers: We may disclose your Personal Information to third-party vendors, delivery partners, consultants, research partners, and other service providers working on behalf of either of us or providing services through the Platform. This is done solely to provide you with services, including processing transaction requests and enhancing your Platform experience.

4. Security Precautions and Measures: The Platform maintains reasonable security measures to safeguard your privacy and protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction, and alteration, in accordance with applicable laws. When you access or alter your Account information, a secure server is used.
